Appointment of Santiago Portaluppi as Director of the Regulatory and Contentious-Administrative Law Practice.

We are proud to announce the appointment of Santiago Portaluppi Fernández as Director of the "Regulatory Law and Administrative Litigation" practice. Portaluppi, a lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with highest distinction, has an outstanding track record of more than 11 years in public law, particularly in contentious administrative matters focused on regulated sectors, such as energy, electricity, gas, urbanism and construction.

With a solid academic background, Portaluppi holds a Diploma in Sanctioning Law from the University of Valladolid, Spain (2022), a Diploma in Sanctioning Administrative Law (2020) and a Diploma in Environment and Sustainable Development (2018), both from the Catholic University of Chile. He is also an active member of the Chilean Association of Administrative Law (ADAD).
