Arteaga Gorziglia is pleased to announce the appointment of Cristián Carpentier Alliende as a new partner of the firm, a position he will assume as of January 1, 2025. Mr. Carpentier, a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with highest distinction and Master of Laws (LL.M.) obtained with honors from Columbia University, New York, USA, has an outstanding career of more than 13 years in the field of project finance, banking and corporate transactions, restructuring and capital markets. He is a professor of Commercial Law at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Throughout his career, Cristián Carpentier has advised renowned national and international companies, including Obton, Grupo Costanera, Walmart, GNL Mejillones, Sociedad Concesionaria Américo Vespucio Oriente, Vías Chile, Sociedad Concesionaria Nueva Vespucio Sur and SAESA, consolidating his position as a reference in his field.
