Arteaga Gorziglia acted as legal counsel to Sociedad Concesionaria Costanera Norte S.A. in the recent issuance of two bonds in Unidades de Fomento (UF), for a total amount equivalent to US$504.5 million (UF12 million as of July 15), placed in the Chilean fixed-income market, with terms of up to 13 years. Both issues have AAA credit ratings, the highest in the system.

In this transaction, the legal team was composed of Arnaldo Gorziglia, partner in charge of the Corporate Practice; Cristián Carpentier, partner in charge of the Project Finance, Restructuring and Capital Markets Practice; Trinidad Aguilera and Diego Echeverría, associates of the Firm.
