We are proud to announce the appointment of Maximiliano Concha Rodríguez as Director of Tax and Customs Law Practice. Maximiliano is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley (USA, 2018).

He worked at Ernst & Young (EY) for more than six years, three of which were at EY New York. He focuses his professional practice on strategic tax consulting, collaborating in the design and execution of highly complex projects and transactions, including financing, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, sales and business reorganization processes, as well as comprehensive tax planning for domestic and foreign clients, including high net worth individuals and groups. He is also an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
