Camila Torres is a member of Arteaga Gorziglia's Corporate Practice. She specializes in advising local and foreign companies in labor law, individual and collective labor law, subcontracting regulations, negotiations with unions, representation in labor lawsuits, immigration law, labor accidents, as well as in contracts and purchase and sale transactions of companies and development of energy and infrastructure projects.

  • Advice to a retail company in its first collective bargaining. Participation in the company's negotiating committee and closing of negotiations without costs for the company. Defense of the company in lawsuit for anti-union practices and in complaints for violation of fundamental rights, both dismissed by the Labor Inspection.
