He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial law, civil law, corporate law, energy law, and as an arbitrator. He advises numerous domestic and foreign companies on M&A transactions and operations, energy and infrastructure projects, and arbitration matters. He specializes in negotiation and legal structuring for highly complex operations and transactions.
