Arteaga Gorziglia has recognized experience in advising clients on public law matters, both in constitutional law and administrative law. We focus on the preparation of legal opinions, legal reports and legislative advice to individuals, unions and public bodies in different areas and markets. We have also participated in different processes of regulatory formation or public consultation before different entities, such as the National Energy Commission, the National Electricity Coordinator, the Ministry of Energy, among others.
Likewise, we have represented different actors in the preparation and processing of interpretative or legality requests before various public bodies, such as the Comptroller General of the Republic, the Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels, etc.
