Ignacio Allende is a member of Arteaga Gorziglia’s Corporate Practice. He specializes in counseling in the development, construction, operation and financing of infrastructure projects, especially regarding energy generation and transmission projects. He also counsels on the negotiation and execution of relevant contracts and in corporate and regulatory issues.

Drafting and negotiation of relevant contracts for energy projects such as EPC, O&M and PPA.
