  • Advised Sembrador Capital de Riesgo S.A., administrator of Fondo de Inversión Privado Agrodesarrollo, in the sale of Botanical Solutions Inc.
  • Advised Sembrador Capital de Riesgo S.A., manager of the private investment fund Fondo IV, in the sale of its hazelnut business comprising El Olmo SpA and Santa Cristina SpA to Ontario Teacher.
  • Advised Obton in the acquisition, construction and financing of a portfolio of 7 renewable energy projects in Chile, all of them acquired and under construction, for more than 60 MW, for an amount of USD $60MM.
  • Advised Sembrador Capital de Riesgo S.A., administrator of the Victus private investment fund, in the purchase of Novacer SpA, a company engaged in the agro-industrial business.
  • Advised Engie Energía Chile S.A. in the negotiation, drafting, closing and initial disbursement of a US$250 MM green credit facility granted by Scotiabank Chile.
  • Advised GNL Mejillones S.A. in the negotiation, closing and disbursement of the loan for Sociedad GNL Mejillones S.A. with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation under New York law.
  • Advising the electricity distribution company Sociedad Austral de Electricidad S.A. (“SAESA”) in its acquisition from Enel Chile S.A. of the publicly traded Chilean company Enel Transmisión Chile S.A. for USD $1,350 MM, including obtaining approval for this transaction from the competition authority and conducting a tender offer.
  • Advised Global Power Generation in the acquisition, development, financing and construction of a portfolio of eleven (11) PMGD projects, for more than 57 MW. The financing was for US$47MM plus a VAT line of US$8.8MM.
  • Advising Sociedad Concesionaria de Los Lagos S.A., the company holding the concession for the construction and operation of the “Ruta Cinco Sur, Río Bueno–Puerto Montt Section” toll highway, on a loan granted by Banco de Chile in the total amount of US$100MM.
  • Advised Amanecer Solar in the refinancing of the existing debt with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) of the United States. The value of the transaction was USD $199.5 MM.
  • Advised Sociedad Concesionaria Américo Vespucio Oriente S.A. ("AVO") in a discrepancy before the Concessions Technical Panel regarding compensation for additional works in the construction of the Vespucio Oriente urban highway.
